Host Classes

We lead adults with intellectual and developmental disability (IDD) to choose a lifetime of community-based health and wellness. We provide holistic wellness classes in-person, on-demand and through our Bloom Live! online classes.

Classes include chair fitness, cycle, dance, Pilates, strength, and yoga. Classes are 30 minutes long and are highly adaptable to meet the unique needs of each athlete.

Build Community

Building connections between short-term efforts and long-term wellness starts with a sense of community. Bloom focuses on celebrating our connection with Bloom athletes, leveraging what makes Bloom Athletes distinct, and adjusting fitness practices to serve Bloom Athletes  in order to build this community.

Additionally, Athletes are honored in regularly-scheduled celebrations for the what they have earned.

Achieve Wellness

Through community building and fitness classes, Bloom helps adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities strive for a lifetime of wellness.

Survey results show that Athletes have improved mental, physical, and emotional health because of their participation in Bloom.
